ok so i go to florida state university. and this past weekend is FAMU's homecoming, and for those who don't know, both colleges are located in Tallahassee, Fl. FAMU's homecoming weekend means ghetto ass cars and the main road (Tennessee Street) which is right in front of the fsu campus is a big mess. and by big mess i mean its stand still traffic for miles. ghetto ass cars are everywhere...cars are parked along the side of the street, just showin off...people walkin aimlessly down the street..etc. so me and my boy decide to drive around and video tape this madness...at about 130am im in the middle lane of a 3 lane road in stand still traffic. im in the middle lane completely stopped, the car in the left lane is mayb 5 cars back because it decides to just roll forward. all of a sudden i see it in my rear view mirror swerving wrecklessly from the left lane to the middle lane repeatedly at about 20mph. and for some reason or another, it swerved directly into my car, causing me to spin out even though i was at a complete stop. obviously, the guy was drunk, his 2 passengers calmly just get out the car, throw their beer bottles out and walk away,then driver tried to bribe me to tell the cops the was swerving to avoid an accident and he even went as far as to give me his fake ass gold watch. ...blah blah blah. he was arrested for dui and other shit and as for my car...well heres the pictures.... =T

sorry to hear that, yea i stayed in this weekend, i know better not to go out in that mess, you'll get shot, every cop in tally is on tenenssee street, its like one huge festival on a public street. a friend of mine said she saw guys sitting on their window sills driving with people on the roof and all just rapping and stuff. just crazy stuff. the bail bond place was jam packed cause everyone was getting arrested, sorry about your car. i bet he was "crunk" sorry you had to suffer for others stupidity

i pass by roslunds all the time i've seen a couple acura's there, how is the detailing place there any good?, whtas a good detailer in tally? there are a couple

roslunds is the best bar none....you will only infiniti's, acura's, bmw's and benz's there....they are pricy for body work, but you get what you pay for IMO

there is a place on capital circle and tennessee that is pretty good with detailing, but i don't remember the name

I have been in Tallahassee since 98 ... haven't been on Tennessee street during FAMU homecoming since 99. It's just too crazy.

Hell, last couple years I've been out of town for bike races ... can't say I missed the commotion.

The worst part is ... it's not students that are the problem. It's the fans who come in from all over.

the car is in the process of getting repaired. i took it to a body shop back home (jacksonville) that i know and trust. the car should be done by this friday and was approximately $3600. the idiot who hit me however, is making things difficult. i forgot to mention this earlier, but he doesnt have insurance. therefore, i contacted him upon finding this out, and he agreed to pay cash to cover the repairs. when i tried to call him back to tell him the price, the not-so-slick bastard disconnected his cell phone #. so i have no number to reach him at and he hasn't made an effort to contact me. so....to court we go. what a big hassle.

yea i got everything about him. i have a copy of the police report as well. so its not a big deal, he cant avoid a court date. his name is quinton henderson. ironic thing about it is that he used to work for roslunds. haha. this story is so twisted.

yea i never realized that there were this many people on here that are in tallahasee.
