The other ones are godd, but if it comes with the painted bezel type thing around it, I can see it costing that much. Just that peice of plasctic is $50 plus probably anywhere from 50-70 bucks to get it painted. THen the mesh which I believe the ST2000's were 200 bucks, it all adds up. Plus I like not being able to see behind it like most of the home made grills. I just want to see what the silver finish would look like on a silver car.

I like the grille and will be interested in getting one, the only thing is $500 is like 2 times more than what I would like to pay.... and I have no problem sending in mine to you either....
but overall that grille is amazing!

Ron,
i was showing my wife your grill (she hates the stock one) and told her how much
you were looking at charging... Her comment..."is that all?" and that wasn't with
sarcasim... I know what good material costs and the R/D for coming up with a quality installation. This grill is in front of the car, exposed to all sorts of elements etc..
You've got something that's easy to instal and made to last... i'll be first in line
with my $500...

No cutting corners
Ron,
Having some background in MFG and materials, i am confident you have the
same philosophy when it comes to quality.. Like i mentioned, the grill is in
a rough area element /exposure wise...i'd rather spend $500 knowing i've got
good material that's gonna go the distance than look at something in a year
that's just gonna require rework etc. A year from now, i ain't gonna be
worrying about what i paid.. when i look at the car over time, i just enjoy
everything that went into it.. even that little grill up front..can you post
something here when you're ready?
thanks.

DP's for life
Ron-
Grille looks great and for anyone that has actually tried to work on thier grill I commend the effort.
Couple of quick questions...
How do you plan on coloring the grille black? Will the parts be powder coated?...if they are not they will take a major beating. Even my powder coated grill has not held up great, but it is much better then paint. So I envision the emblems will attach to the mesh...not the grille housing due to the crease. That would imply that none of the emblems can be center mounted. This was the reason that I did not crease my grille, I wanted that Acura emblem on the grill. I will post a pic of mine, but it does not look as professional as yours...
Nice work,

Just got some Rotora BBK and rear slotted rotors from them as a partnership and Tein is sending over the Coilovers. Gonna put them in my advertisments for RonJon Wheels in the magazines. I think I might go all out and put the car into shows. Might not win, but its good exposure. After 3 years, things are starting to really transform for this car, and I still love the Cl more than ever.

You also haven't been active here, obviously, as you would realize he produces the wheels, which many people have bought, including myself and have got nothing but compliments on them.

Yeah, Ima try to work something out with the lower grille, but I have to make sure the edges are covered by that foam protector strip. Gotta find some of that stuff online.
