Replaced my stockies with something of the same size..

As some of you know, my stock rims are bent. I have been driving on them for a while until I finally decided and found a set of rims for a decent price with pretty good tires. Anyway. I found some Motegi MR7's (or is it just R7?) with tires (70-80% tread left) for $400. Fit without a snag and she rides like a dream now with no vibrations.. Anyway, let me know what you think (I kinda like them. I will probably end up painting them a little darker as I dont like the silver)...

By the way, This was one of the deciding factors (however I would like to get some 225 or 235 by 40 or 35 instead but oh well)..

One More of the front..

Go ahead and flame... I dont really care. I know that everyone and their mother puts these on their cars, but I have to say that I like them.

Yeah see the front end it beat a bit. The long scratch was when my CV locked up and put me into at curb while the other scratched are from people not caring when they park their cars. Its all on that one f'ing corner of the car.. not only that, there are scratches on my door now that look like something hit it. Not keys, but a shopping cart or something.

And i'll try to make it. Something just popped up and i think that i should be able to make it but I'm not 100% right now. More like 74%.. I'll def. let you know soon..

Tires say Ventus (I think) on them. Then if you read on, it says that they are made by Hankook tire in Korea... haha

Stockies are better, however if you have 2 that are bent, then they are not... And it was raining pretty bad yesterday and I got stuck in the rain... Try about 4 inches of rainfall in about 1 1/2 hours..

The whole car will be repainted in time. Just need to make some space in my schedule to give it to Honda and have them repaint her..

Spend your time on things like car care and replacing the OEM wheels (which you already have tires for) rather than tinting out your headlights and putting cheap wheels on your car.

Thus we get into this again... the Stockies are bent to hell... treadwear is really off on them. and I mean really off. one side of the tire is bald while the other side still has some tread (about 1/3 left) and its not camber as the rest of the way around the tire, the tread is exactly the same. Oh, and thats how i got the car...

These were purchased and put on just because I just needed something to get me by for a while so I can finally get the rims I have wanted for quite some time. But thats coming in a little while..

This Fall, a whole new suspension and rim/tire package are going on her along with a repaint and some other things...
