thats a sweet lookin drop... are those 18's or 19's? one thing i heard.. is that the bigger the wheels less horsepower.. so think about this: If you got a supercharger and 19" wheels at the same time, would they cancel each other out, so your car is back to stock speed?

Sweet ride...

I love the Se7en Mods...... but compared to say the 19" Hagens, they look small. Gotta love the lip though

that wasn't a serious question, just something to think about (to the guys that commented about my post)

But if you are thinking about buying huge wheels for a car like the CLS, you should know that performance (speed and handling) might be minorly affected.

But that would depend on the personal preferences of the driver, since some of us like to just mod for looks, while others go for optimum speed and performance.

Now think about this... why do you think that the stock CLS comes with 17" rims? did it ever occur to you that the engineers and scientists at Acura came with the conclusion that 17 inch wheels are the best size for optimum performance?

Optimum performance = NO :shakehd:

All around use and drivability = YES

The "engineers and scientist" made it so a 25 - 55 year old can have a sporty car that they still can use everyday.

Yeah the same engineers and scientists that designed a flawed transmission.

17 Inch wheels =
Transmission that can potentially drop into second at any given highway speed =

Are you telling me that next year when I'm 56, I'll have to check and see if Acura will still allow me to drive my 6sp? My 19 year old daughter would probably have a few words for you also

I really like the MOD's, but they just seem so small for a 19" wheel. Its gotta be the curved spokes/lip combination. Looking at Seattle CL-S's pics they really don't look much bigger than his stock CL-S wheels.

That has to be one of, if not the nicest CL I have ever seen. Those wheels look sick with that drop...

I really enjoy the clean look...Nice work

I'll have to agree with this. They really don't look like 19's...unless you're parked next to another car. Then they look HUGE!
