Pic of silverstar turn bulbs and tinted diffuser

The silverstar bulbs are brighter than most of the silver coated bulbs I tried. They have a bluish tint from front on and an light amber tint from the side when unlit. Lit they are bright amber.

Yea, I'll put tint on anything! I had some on the white tail lights but took it off. It was too dark. I only have the dark tint but I'd like to try the lighter tint over both the amber reflector and the front turn signal.

Pepboys has em, the silverstar display was at the back counter parts desk area, not on the main floor. I got them a little cheaper at another store I think it was alliance parts?
they aren't cheap, at $10/bulb.
The APC bulbs are about $6 a bulb I think.

Sure I'll try. They look a little different than the amber glass type bulbs when lit, more irridescent.
Unlit, in your hand they look clear with an alternating irridescent blue and amber as you turn it, but they are clear. It's different. They look more blue when installed in the housing because of the reflection all around I guess. unlit from the side you see amber but from the front you see blue.

I took some pix in the late day and there really is not much to see in the pix. It's a irridescent amber, not as orange brite as the stock bulbs when blinking. Most all the blue disappears when lit or when unlit not in direct sun. There is actually a very slight hint of green when flashing, must be the blend of blue and orange. but you can't see much in pictures.
Hard to photograph light bulbs dudes, and flashing ones at that!

Looks really good . About this tint, is it on the outside of the headlight housing, or did you take them apart to tint from the inside of the housing ?
