newbie to the board...

new to the board - longtime member of hybrids.jp. just sold the b20/vtec teg http://www.vtec20.8k.com/for_sale fully built 205 whp for the 03 cl-s 6mt and i could not be happier. the teg was faster, but the performance combined with luxury of the cl-s can't be compared to. here are some pics...

thanks!

believe it or not they are oem acura rims. 17" gunmetals from the factory - must have been a premium option or something...

Maybe acura decided to change rims for the last 03 cl-s to be made.

downtown sac - across from my g/f's work. it's on L street.

as far as lowering - the dealer did not tell me anything - they plain did not know. it does look lowered and i think it is, but as far as what i know now - it isn't, just the 17's filling the well more.

the stock wheels normally are 17s though!! The wheels you have shouldnt make a difference in the way it sits, those TSX wheels should be the same specs as the normal CLS wheels. I think it is lowered, looks like comptech springs...CL-S's usually have such a big wheel gap so bad its called the "4x4 look"

those have to be CT springs.....way lower then factory. 17" come stock on all CL-S and there is a much bigger wheel/fender gap. Check and see if they are using bigger tires.......that maybe it if its not droped. However, nice ride bro and nice color!

Definitely lowered. Looks like a Comptech drop. That's a nice bonus! You'll be able to tell if you park it next to a non-lowered Cl. The 6-speeds seem to sit especially high in the front. Those wheels look like Japanise Domestic Market Accord wheels. They appear to be the same as the ones in that cool commercial that's been all over the web. Congrats! Check under the hood. Maybe it's got headers already too.

Nice car. I like those rims a lot! And they look a lot lighter than the stock type S rims too.

Good buy, and welcome to the board!
