New Wheels and Facelift...
Hi all this is my 5th set of wheels on my CL.. I am more than satisfied this time around with the selection of wheels I chose. They are the STR 601 in gunmetal grey. 20x9 +30 offset running a 5mm spacer in the rear. I had to get my rear fenders pulled a lot more, I love the way they came out looks the step on the fenders that BMW's have. (if anyone needs their fenders pulled in So Cal to run wide rims or low offsets PM me) I lightly smoked the headlights with a vinyl since my headlights are over 13 years old and I have done almost everything I could with the yellowing of the lense, can't really tell in the picture though, but it looks A LOT better. I also followed in 2ndgentl's footsteps and went with the 2006 Honda Accord coupe foglights with 3000k HIDs but I'm switching them out for 8000K i like the flush look with making HIDs in the headlights and foglights better personally. Well anywho let me know what you guys think.

The rims look good.
Not for anything but I would never, ever suggest who ever touched your fenders to work on anyone else's car..

couple of the fenders look mangled, you left and paid with it looking like that? Not trying to hate, I'm surprised you're posting pictures of it in this condition tbh. I hope more body work is in the future to fix this.

I f* cked up the front fender on my own so disregard that. He didn't even touch the front. Trust me i would of raised hell.Long story short, my axle broke and the tow truck driver didn't know what he was doing to get out off the truck and bent the front driver fender almost all the way up to the hood. So not having money to fix it. I took a hammer and pulled the dent out.. I'll post a picture of the prior damage..
But as for the rear fenders that's just the way the reflecting stuff is showing up on the black paint. He didn't wrinkle my fenders the person who rolled my fenders the first time made that error and put a wave on the rear fender. I'll post closer pictures..
The car is going to be repainted by summer so all my fenders, dents and dings will be coming out.

If you take a look at the first pic you can clearly see how bad the fender was. Am i happy with having my front fender looking the way it currently does? No not at all. But being only 23 trying to pay for school what can I do.. but from sitting in the garage and bending it back down it sure as hell beats its prior condition and at least looks lowered still with that gap i was back to square one plus some before i lowered it.. lol I appreciate you all's concern and I take no offense to the criticism. But all the cosmetic issues will be addressed when it comes time for paint. Ive also included closer pictures of the rear fenders. Its just my little project car. So this is my current "progress" with the car. Just playing around and figuring out what works. This is the first car ive had that I've done more than just put standard wheels and a system in. So please bare with me.

Thanks.
The STR601 are 20x9 +30 offset. I've even ran 20x10 in the rear with a +35 offset. But i hate to burst your bubble but the STR's WILL NOT fit unless you do fender work. I had to cut out the fender liners in the front and pull the fenders, a pull is not your average fender roll its more aggressive add not everyone will do it because you can crack/chip the paint. As for the rear i have a 5mm spacer so I'm actually +25 offset in the rear. But i had to cut the rear bumper to eliminate rubbing, relocate bumper tabs and pull and flare out the rear fenders. All rims have stretched tires 225/35/20. I am lowered on Tein S tech springs.
A lot of trial and error with rims on this car I've gone through 5 different wheel/tire setups

You have a case of...
Wheelitritis
Consult a doctor if you have a medical concern.
Wheelitritis occurs when the satisfaction from a new set of wheels is absent or less than expected. Wheelitritis can last for only a short time (acute wheelitritis), or linger for months to years (chronic wheelitris).
I feel your pain, lol.
