new stuff.

So some new "little" parts are rolling in through the UPS man, and I got the first two today. I got a new shift knob and some "hyper white HID blah blah" license plate bulbs. (I'm going to take some before/after pictures of the lights later tonight)

but here is the shift knob (ignore the nasty interior...I am going to clean it friday)

BEFORE:

AFTER:

It's the stock shift knob from an IS300.

It went right on really well and I like it a lot better than the stock knob. It's a lot shorter, feels more "Sporty". anyways...hope you guys enjoy it!

The knob was difficult to take off.

Some of the leather came off from twisting so hard...

Did you experience the same thing...?

I like the fact that you did this on CL instead of TL. who cares what people think, as long as you like. that's all that matters.

Even though I don't drive a true manual anymore I use the sport shift a lot so my hand rests on that shifter a lot.

I hated the stock one and very happy I put the Momo shift knob in.

^ This is the one I put in...

hey guys thanks for the comments (both good and bad)

I actually think it looks really good with the rest of the interior, and it's lower/smaller than the stock knob, which was just way too high

when I took the stock knob off it was on there pretty good, but it didnt get damaged at all taking it off.

The best part about it was it only cost 11 bucks on ebay!
