My Cl-S w/ 20" chrome & JL 13W7 subwoofer
I dont know how to post pics but if you copy and paste this it will take you to cardomain where I have some pics. I just got my car 6 months ago, the only things I have done is the rims/tires, alarm, and system. I added the spinners because I wanted to be different and I have never seen a Cl w/ spinners. I will be putting white piping on my black leather seats in 2 weeks. The system in my car is crazy. I have 1 JL 13W7 sub powered by a 1000 watt Xtant amp. This one sub makes your throat and chest rattle I havent heard anything like this one sub, I would suggest anyone to buy it cause you get what you pay for. I also suggest alot of dynamat in the trunk.

Exactly why my radio is stock.

Are you serious man? Spinners? So that's what my car would look like w/ spinners. I'd get rid of them and find other ways to be different. Its good to be different but at least do it in a classy way.

The TL is nice but I like bigger rims. The lip kit looks good, I want to get a TL kit custom fitted to mine soon. Oh yeah I was J/K, my feelings weren't hurt.

There's nothing wrong with big rims on a CL. Im not into racing I just like my car for looks & sound, that's all. I love it when I pull up to a red light and people look over with a look on there face like WTF the rims are still spinning.

How sure are u that they're thinking "WTF the rims are still spinning"... how do you know that they're not thinking "WOW, WTF IS THATTT" or "WHAT WERE U SMOKING WHEN U BOUGHT THOSE...
just a pointer, don't assume too much about what you barely know enuf of. 20's on a CL, i have no dispute w/ that, u do with it what you want, just don't bother telling ppl that ur taste is better than theirs

i doubt you'd be able to lower your car without rubbing. how wide are the rims and what is the offset? that will determine whether or not you can lower your car. from the looks of it, i doubt you are gonna be able to lower it.

Brety, I think you may run into troubles lowering it. If you have the back of the rims milled and roll your fenders it may work, but it'll be really really close. I"m assuming the wheels are 20x8.5. What offset are they and what size tire are you running? Also, what part of AZ are you in?

Geeze...you guys are ruthless.
I actually buy wheels first then lower it...I like to be as low as I can without rubbing and there's really no way to judge where you'll rub without having the wheels first.

may i recommend
1. you get an "s class" benz put your 20" spinners on that /// or
2. by an escalade and put spinners on that /// or
3. if you want to lower the car so it doesnt look goofy.. try no springs. that may bring it down enough. you still may be able to change the oil without a jack... but those 20's are sssssuper :ghey:
do you play professional basketball??

Here is a set of 20x8.5 with 245/35/20 in a 42mm offset on my CL. As you can see...they rub. I think if you rolled the fender and milled a little of the back of the wheel you could get them to tuck. I'm also in the Phx area. I'm sure we'll run into each other eventually.
