You installed the spoiler yourself??? Where did you buy it from (is it OEM?) and how hard was it to install?

I like the front grill. It looks good.

Yes mostly by myself, with help from a friend to hold it up while we installed it. I drilled the holes carefully, went from small bits to the size I needed. And looked at the placement of the wire harness hole, and drilled it from small to big. Took about 1 hr taking my time doing this. It's the factory Acura spoiler, got off another CL-S member. Thanks!

It was pretty easy installing really. Just you need to take your time, and have some good bits.

30-45 min for the grill. 1st one I made, I cut it too short. 2nd one came out perfect. I had to use the dremel to cut the extra off the ends after the chrome was put back on so no one would cut there hand while opening the hood. :P

Very good

Good job man! Did you install the trunk springs too? I am supposed to be doing that this week. Believe it or not, I met my fiance at the observatory in '97 back when it used to be the North Pole (you actually see the old North Pole writing underneath the observatory sign).

Re: Very good

No I haven't got the springs yet. They are really not needed to tell you the truth. We have had 30mph winds here in south texas last 2 days, my trunk stayed open fine. The only thing it does not do is pop up when you open it. You just need to pop it and lift it yourself. I have done that on all my cars anyways.

It is not needed, but I do miss the trunk opening all of the way instead of just unlatching. Holla at me sometime soon and I will tell you about a great hookup at Gunn! 210/316-1911
