Just another photoshoot.

Since I really had nothing to do and my car was dirty, I decided to give the golden girl a wash and a "start of fall" photoshoot. I was also testing out my new camera, a FujiFilm FinePix S1000fd. Anyway, here we go.

Nice pics.

I like your grille.

Did you make it yourself or modify somebody else's grille?

Also...your camera looks like it's working just fine.

Nice quality.

Looks like it's hot where you are...ever think of tinting your windows to keep your leather cool?

Thanks for the comments! My grill's homemade, came off my original. And I would think about tinting the windows if Utah's laws allowed less than 43% light .. at that point, any tint I toss on the windows wouldn't make any sort of difference at all, and as a college student, I don't feel like paying tint tickets ..

Damn!

Stricter than California....:shakehead

The reason I asked if it was homemade was where did you get that mesh material?

I like how the circles have some dimension to them.

I just paid for a bunch of mesh samples and none of them have a look like that.

Yeah, it's not much of a wonder why I don't see many tuners or even ricers down here, the emissions are strict and tint laws are stricter.

The mesh was from mcmaster.com .. I forgot the complete specs of it, but I had to shop around the site for about half an hour before I put something together. I have to thank Farabeast for giving me a headstart on the mesh, because you don't even get a preview of what the mesh would look like.

I'm debating on getting a new steering wheel setup next summer, the one I have is worn to hell .. Actually most of the things I want realistically are interior stuff .. lighting, changing the bowling ball trim somehow, steering wheel, etc ..

I was browsing that site you posted about the grill material. Do you remember what it is made out of? Plastic? Poly?

Do you remember the size you got too?

On the site, type in "mesh" on the search bar .. click on the bottom link, should be "wire mesh" then "Round Hole Perforated Sheet" which is what I got. Plastic/poly is definitely not grill material, I would've replaced it like 63 times already heh.

I don't know the exact specs of my grill however, which is the hardest to shop for. Sorry man. =/
