I really do not like spoilers at all, but all of my boys say it needs one. I am waxing the car later today and thinking I could start on that today.

 

Man...that's all you...you build the car the way you like it..not what "your boys" say...the car is a extension of yourself...do what you feel...btw...debadging and a spoiler wouldn't hurt =P

 

i like the car without the spoiler but its your call not your friend remember your the one driving the fucker, on the thoughts of debadging i did my 97 and i love the rear end with no lettering, i would take off the acura lettering and the cl badge on the right also but thats just my thoughts i like your car though

 

i agree with these 2 guys =/ it's personal bud. i don't like the spoiler... the badging is something i've had mixed feelings with for a while now... i'm not debadged

 

Alright, so far I have taken off just the "3.2CL" and am getting adicted. I am thinking about the A C U R A now but do not have the balls yet, cause I know I they come off they would have to stay off. Same with the spoiler, if it goes on, ITS ON!

I actually Get a lot of good comments on the debagging of my CL and the placement of the S type emblem..... Check it out....


As for the spoiler I do believe that there are stability issues as speeds greater than 120.. eventually will get one and carbon fiber it might be. Might get a little wild too .. Will post pics later ...

 

At least the theme I am doing, more luxury, I feel like putting on a spoiler on a CL is trying to make the car into something it is not (a sports car). I am exagerating a bit but I feel like it is putting giovanna 20" Barlettas on a civic, or "fast and the furious" decals down a Lexus LS 430. I know I am going a little over board.
You guys are prob. like: "Its just a fuckin' factory spoiler man!"
Am I setting myself up for bashing or what?
