GOT MY ICEBOX INSTALLED "::PICS::"
Finally, I got my icebox installed, it was a bit tricky. It was mounted to high @ first then it had to be remounted, and blah and blah...atleast i didnt have to take off my front bumper just my front left wheel and the fender panel than I was good... I paid a very good price for and that I know $223 Brand NEW! Man lifes great when you have deals

oh yeh, will the noise be louder, if i changed the original filter into a K&N filter? well basically what changes would occur w/ the filter being changed to K&N

Definitely Headers then Sway bars.
Exhaust would be my last mod as hp(or performance gain):$ is very slim.
