should have waited and got the shocks and springs at the same time, so ud only have to do one install.

Looks good tho, im guessing they'll still settle and you'll sit a bit lower then those pics

Good deal.

After a month or so...the springs will "settle" into their final resting place.

Usually is a bit lower then what it is after install.

This is why it isn't advised to get an alignment until about a month after install.

Nothing I would probably notice...

I would think less than a half inch.

I'm just guessing though.

Looks good man! I never really see that color on CL's.

Throw some stock 3G TL rims on that baby! Those look way sweet on the 2g CLs...imo of course.

Whenever I'm looking for a new car, I never considering getting a green car, but I think it looks really good on a CL.

And I hear ya on the scratches. Have you tried to buff them out at all, or do you really have that many? Have people keyed your car or something?

someone did key it but thats only one scratch, the rest are pretty small and can really only be seen when close up but i know they are there. i used some fine scratch remover and some came out but the rest need a real buffing and i dont have the slightest idea of how to go about doing that.

and about the green, i didnt buy the car even looking for a cl and wasnt a major fan of the color when i got it. my original reason for it was the interior. once i sat in it i was like this is my car

Damn man that's a bummer . It might be worth just keeping it and dealing with it though...a good paint job is pretty pricey.

Yea I love the interior of the 2g CL. My first car was a 05 F-150 Lariat 4x4. I liked it, but I hated the gas milage. So I got rid of that and I got a 01 ABP CL-S. I loved that car to death. I had seen it on cars.com for a while and I was like, well I might as well go check it out. Just like you, I liked it, but once I sat in it, I just had to have it.

Do you have any plans for your CL or do you just plan on keeping it stock?

I just collected insurance from a hit & run.

If my friend wouldn't have seen it and alerted me they would have got away.

What kind of world do we f*n live in...sometimes I really contemplate that shit.

I've seen people push shopping carts into cars...it's like you can't have anything nice.

You can keep it garaged for life and never enjoy shit...but who cares for that.

^Holy shit that sucks. How bad was the damage?

Yea people nowadays just don't respect anybody's shit. Like you, I have seen some pretty screwed up shit in parking lots. It drives me crazy. I wash my car on the weekly and wax it monthly and people are just careless. The day I got my car, some asshole backed up into it and dipped, and I have some paint chips and cracks in my front left part of my bumper. It's just crazy.

Yeah...some of the key damage went through to the metal...

It's in a spot that I can't get repaired without re-painting the entire side.

Bumper is supposed to be getting repaired so no worries there.

Yeah...people are assholes.

i had tubes but the mounting under the dash is awkward and no room for tubes. i took em out... i might get leds installed later on but i have my green led dome and door/trunk lights. also hyper whites in the license plate/map lights.

and as for the lambos... people on here say they are over done. which means no one on azine has em which means ill be one of the few. my logic is unbeatable lol

im also thinkin of hyper white leds behind the grill to match the low beams and back light the grill while high beams are off. i doubt ill do it but its a thought.

Gotcha.

Yeah a couple of people had the lambo door kit.

Personally I think they are a pain to get out more than anything...
