It's just a stock 79 2.0L engine (hydraulic lifters, and it's got square port ehausts 'cause it's a 79)..

I've been bad... Had that stock rebuilt 2.0L engine in the garage for 2 years... Haven't gotten off my lazy ass to put it in... Somewhere I lost my VW mojo...

I've got to get my shit together now and get ready for the upcoming camping season.
