Dude read, its stated it dynoed 363whp and 310wtq. The cost of all the parts was upwards of 3500+. Labor was free, me and my buddy Jade put it together. Finding a shop to do this shouldnt be to hard but it will cost you alot in labor. research and you will save your self alot of time and money.

Since you are where you are...

You should look into a dual mapped ECU, upgrade your internals a bit (upgraded cams and injectors), E-Manage and run an E85 tune!!!

I just went to this tuning shop because my buddy who used to have a CL now has an EVO and was looking into it.

The owner of the shop is the only certified E85 tuner in CA and basically with their setup it's like running +100 octane @ $2/gallon.

They have 9 second Evo's that are just about to break into 8 and another Evo putting down 800 whp.

Saw the Mustand Dyno print out to prove it.

I looked into the associated costs and would be too high from where I sit now but since you are already turbo'd.

You have a chance to do it and you don't have to run two gas tanks if done properly.

Just a thought.

You forgot fuel lines. E85 does not play nice with normal lines. E85 is great for boosted vehicles.
