I was getting sick of my gold wheel caps from when i bought it so i thought id paint it to match my car. Ill take pics ofit with my car. i got a SMR 03 CLS. i have them on now, i think it looks good, different, and much better than the gold.







what do you guys think?

na, i traded in my TL for the CLS6 about 2 months ago. it came with the ugly gold chrome trim emblems, i really dont know what drives people to get those...so so but yeah, ill take pics tomorow with them on my car.

This is one of the better "Cheap" DIY mods I've seen that actually looks decent. You might start a trend if others like it.

I think the gold just distracts from what the car should look like. It's played out ya know.

 

plus i didnt feel like paying $20 for new ones with the black A from ebay.

 

looks good on the stockies. only gripe is....the centercap is too far from the body so it looks outa place. you know what that means

no theyre plastic. i think they come in stock CLS, the gold ones came with mine used.
