So i was washing my car today and i noticed the paint is bubbling up but no crack in the paint under the left tail light and also right under the centre of the trunk lid - both on the bumper piece...i was like WTF...my car is only 9 mos old

Has anyone else had this problem...

damn never had this problem before...did you get that paint insurance or whatever they try to sell you when the car is purchased?
