Liquid silicon may work to hold it in place, it's waterproof, clear, and strong...do you guys think this would fit in a 97 2.2 CL?

I would split a set of 4 with someone if they were smart enough to figure out how to get it to work on the high beams and then tell me how to do it!!

How easy is it to open up the headlight housing? I can get a CL headlight off of ebay for like $30 to play with and figure something out. I might just give it a shot.

Not more than a day. I put angel eyes on on a friend's GTI, much simpler due to the round reflector. Opening up the headlights is very easy, using a heat gun, melt the silicone slowly and pry apart. Use Plumber's Silicone Sealer to reseal. You must use a clear cement glue to hold the angel eyes in place. Running the wires and finding out where to wire is the the trickiest part. Drying is the most important part.
