are you that guy that did the yellow film over the lens trick? What type of bulbs are those? I'm thinking about changing my fogs to yellow as well, but using the PIAA 1451 like someone else did on this board.

 

1451? i just bought the 19173 to install today?

 

TL's real fogs uses H3 or something like that and PIAA did come out with ION crystal for that type. For us CL's we can use almost any coloured peanut bulbs for out roadlamp. The colours are endless..... green, yellow, orange, blue, purple, red, white, stock yellow or even pink like what i had before. I know i got shit from cops when i had the pink lights, so i changed back to 19224 PIAAs.

 

Looks cool, but too Lexus like also. I Prefer the white fogs. BTW I wanna see someone put HIDS in their high beams?

The PIAA 1451s are complete set of foglights with casing, wires, relay, switch and everything. Someone had cut a hole in their fog housing and mounted them in the hole. It looked very good as only the lens showed through the hole.

 

What bulbs do the 6000k ones replace? How much are they?
