Here is the correct part # for harness for '03 Taillights!
This probably should be added to the FAQ.
If you have installed or are planning to install the '03 taillights on your CL. You are probably aware that the rear signal lights dont attach too well, requiring a new harness of some sort. Actually what you need to keep it factory is to get two new sockets, once these are attached to the bulbs, everything will fit PERFECTLY! No more electric tape to hold it up, no more nerf spongy thingys..no more rattling..etc....
The socket part # is this: 33503-S3M-A11 (You will need two).
You will also want to order new amber bulbs to keep things legal, of course there are other options on where to order bulbs, but from Acura the part number for the correct bulb is:
The bulb part # is this: 33303-SDDD4-671 (You will need two).
-ginash
btw: some rewiring is required with the new sockets...nothing too complicated

What rewiring did you have to do? I ordered the 03 turn signal sockets and bulbs when I ordered my 03 tail lights. All of the plugs snapped into place and all of the lights worked properly without any rewiring.

You're right, I actually posted that before I actually tried putting them on. I was thinking that theoretically you needed to take the wires out and insert them into the new sockets...

They gave me a good discount, because the guy at the parts department was like: "I'll give you a discount since you bought these taillights here, and I didnt tell you that you needed new sockets" I was like... "That's right, I'm entitled to a discount" (I actually got my taillights at ACP)
So the final price for me was:
Two sockets @ $16.38 each and two bulbs @ $0.94
But on the invlice, it says the list price is: $20.48 and the bulb at $1.18.
$25 seems kinda high Mantis

Hey Synth, how much did you pay for each socket? My dealer quoted me $24.98 each and I just wanted to get a price comparison.

HAHHAH......... I emailed ACP after I figured out the right parts and what not, I told them that there may be some rewiring needed with the new sockets....before I actually did it.... LOL.....that's why it says "some rewiring needed" I'll email them right now to remove that.
