I do have room to trim fuel, but how?.. ignition timing.. I already lowered the Fuel pressure to 25 psi at idle.
lowering your fuel pressure will not help when you go WOT since it will max out at 100psi anyway. try using your addition injector map but never let it go below 0. if you still need to pull more fuel try using your air flow adjustment map instead.

also ignition timing has nothing to do with how much fuel is being used.

with boost at 9psi there should be no need to pull any timing and try to set your A/F ratio at 12:0 to 1. that's what i set mine too and no sign of detonation.

He should raise pressure a little and take out the timing retard. If he hears detonation start adding timing retard back in (i'd leave it at 0 until VTEC) -1 degree at a time.

usually it's -1 degree per 1 psi of boost. but the m62 airflow is different from a turbo and so far for me there is no need too make any timing change.

FYI: I believe the base map sent from Steve originally is -1 degree for every 2psi.

Smitty, did you get my map?

BTW, I'm using new laptop the one that comes with only USB connections.
This adapter solved e-manage connection issues

100psi is bad, the smaller cal-disk (IC kit) should limit to 90psi this is how it is on mine. BTW, I'm getting better FPR with upcoming 3.5L swap much superior than CT but with upgraded injectors.

I wouldn't touch air flow since it's going to piss off ECU. Leave 0 as it is.
The fuel can be pulled from injector map by setting lower values as I did but wideband is very important to verify once updated values exported to the main unit. Also I set ignition map to 0 on mine until 6000rpm.

Smitty, take a look at the map I sent you

it's actually around 98psi on my car. i was just stating the fact that changing the pressure at idle has no effect at WOT since pressure is rising linear to boost.

as for airflow, the reason i mention that is because e-manage instructions advise to never set figures below 0 in the injector map. changing airflow will better determine the right setting for cars that need to be lean out alittle. smitty had a problem of not being able to take away fuel. i think???

Smitty has also been throwing lean DTC's recently though (not on the dyno). P0171 I think it is.

So all in all, with the co-factors the car is sitting at 350+ WHP right now...

In all honesty.. I did not get a fair/clean reading... I will go back after I take the grounding kit off and pull the ABS fuse when I get there... maybe next weekend. but I want to tune the e-manage first.
Smitty,

Since your best run was done with the dump open, do you think SC'ed cars would benefit from a highflow CAT?

They look like universal. Optauto.com sells for $218 for AV6 that fits CL/TL (same part 822008). Not sure on CL-S/TL-S.

I doubt you'll see much of a gain from the cat. Maybe 5whp?

You're right David. The thread is now gone. It was some guy selling some Random Technology Highflow cats. I think he had 5 for sale - some 2 1/2 & some 3.0" tubing for around $165. Not a bad price if it provides 5-10whp. I'm thinking more than 5whp on FI cars also. We need a brave soul to test our theory out for us
