Hey clean, I almost got the same results as you to the T. Close temps, my humidity was almost 50% more but other than that everything sounds the same. I'm thinking it's the pistons we chose to go with. We're the only ones who use the flatter RL pistons. Maybe a tune is the way to go. Have you done anything to your setup since?

buy a aem uego and test the cat theory. then buy a ultimate and tune from there. nothing you can do to this engine to better tune than ultimate or ems. i dont trust the neo or afc at all. are the injectors on the 3.5 larger cc's? are you running 3.2 injectors or 3.5?
