zaino a new car?

i plan on getting the cl-s soon, should i zaino it right from the dealer? how often after that does it need to be done? also, i dont have the time to hand wash it every weekend, so i plan on going to the car wash, what effect does this have on the zaino if any? should i even bother using zaino in that case? bare with me im new at this whole car thing. thanks

1. You can Zaino right away -- the old "wait" for a while before waxing, doesn't apply. Dawn the car, clay it, and apply the Z1/Z2 or Z1/Z5 depending on your needs.

2. If you are NOT going to hand wash the car, you need Zaino even more. Find a car wash that is at least a "real" hand car wash. Check out the cars that go there (see if top line cars or junkers are being done). Then see if the people washing the cars have "stack" of clean towels. If you see someone using one or two towels for the whole car with that stupid bottle of yellow cleaner -- find yourself a new car wash. If you go there, you will end up with scratches and you will never keep up with the damage that these morons will do to your car's finish (and the Acura doesn't have the world's toughest finish -- sorry).

3. Bother with Zaino -- the car's paint will need all of the help it can get, and I have had rocks and all kinds of stuff knocked into the car. The stuff really helps keep the car in good shape. The first session is a bitch, but if you put on a ton of coats, you will find that road crap will wipe right off the car (well, at least it does on mine, but I'm on coat 10 and I use a ton of Z6 to keep the paint slick.)

If you are willing to find a good hand car wash (there are places that will do a "real" hand wash for more $$$) and use the Zaino, you will save yourself a lot of grief.

My car comes in at the end of the month, and
my Zaino is going to arrive at my Condo before the car does.

I might just bring my towels to the dealer and zaino it right there!

ZAINO RULEZZZ !!!!!

Yes, use the Claybar.
It makes a world of difference, even on a NEW car.
