Yesterdays MOD!
Cool man.
Rotors always look good, but I've heard often that changing the pad type can lead to actual better results due to certain materials having less fade in their gripping power. IOW, I'd definitely recommend trying out some different pads if you want improved performance to go with the improved look.

id say get new pads too, but he's not going to notice any difference in stopping power...
Just make sure you get organic pads, no metal, or you might be warping them pretty easy

I stayed with the Honda Pads because they are almost dust free...and I have been happy with my brakes so far...so I got new OEM Pads to replace the old ones.
Bill: Nice rotors. I take it that is a liquid paint on your calipers? If so, next time you have them off the car, strip them of their paint when that paint fails and ship them to Dfreder370 for a nice glossy and glassy candy apple red powder coating job. I do them for free.
Check with Smitty for a quality of work reference.

Red: If you ever have to replace them, new parts powder coat like a dream, and I have degreasing (anti rust preservation) capabilities.
The rotors would be entirely powder coated, but the brake pads would quickly remove the PC from where it shouldn't be in no time.
The PC paint would survive in the cross drilled holes and the slots.
I bet that would look cool!
Maybe someone can photoshop a slotted rotor for effect?

those are the same rotors I am going to get. I returned the Brembo blanks for $50 a piece at Tire Rack after reading that guy's post about it warping....
Looks good, I bet the stopping performance is much better now.
When you get your pads, I'd reccomend getting the pads by EBC Greenstuff. I bought the Axis pads and was told by a TL member that leaves a whole lot of dust on the wheels and makes it dirty looking.
Powercoating the actual rotors huh??? Interesting idea. I'll be buying new rotors and pads before the end of the summer.
If I wanted my rotors and calipers PC'ed how much down time am I looking at??
