i got those on my car. looks really nice, but i also have a PDG. i don't think it would look good on any other color. it doesn't really look like the ones on a lexus. there's more of a yellowish color to them. if that makes any sense.
I have had those exact same bulbs in my fogs for a few months now. I like the look a lot! It is not quite as bright as what you would see in a Lexus, won't light up the road, but I think it still looks good. Contrasts nicely with our HID's. If you are going for the Lex look, this is about as close as you can get with our stock fogs. I got mine for $12 on eBay.

The Lexus has an actual yellow lens. The bulbs are regular 9006 bulbs. The PIAAs are a what some of us use as well. Some people spray the fogs I've heard. We got a lot of suggestions in our lighting forum on www.clublexus.com, just take some time and read there.
Try the Phillips AllWeather or Osram: www.powerbulbs.com free shipping, I've bought tens of bulbs from here. If you want the Lexus look, go for the Osram.

As far as price, I think the bulbs were like $30 but the Hella kit, well, got it as a gift since my dad own's a foreign auto parts and rebuilding shop. I think the kit is around 140 but you might be able to find it for cheaper. I love the setup, the housings are made of a great durable material which doesn't seem to get too hot either. As far as the wiring, it wasn't bad at all, the toughest thing was finding an aux spot to tap into for power as I wanted the fogs independent of any other lights. I also used the fog light switch from the TL so the interior looks totally stock! Let me know of any other questions you might have.

On Monday I'm shipping out a set of OEM CL-S road lamps to have them retrofitted with the OEM Lexus yellow capsule from the GS400. The bulb in the Lexus is actually a clear Halogen bulb with a glass capsule over top of it. This makes them much brighter. The lamps will have a H3 bulb fitted with the yellow capsule covering the H3 bulb. It is costing me $110. I'll post pictures once I get them back.
