I know someone has probably asked this before, but how does the CAI work? CAI does stand for cold air induction, correct? I've seen the dyno results from web sites but it simply seems like any other free flow intake to me. There isn't anything that sends a cool, dense charge of air into the intake. So I'm kinda skeptical about 5-10 hp to the wheels. I'm a newbie so don't thrash me too bad.
hehehe, do you really want a lesson in thermodynamics, or will you just believe us when we say (and dynos and time slips prove) that lots and lots of cold air help your engine produce more power????
