I'm going to be installing an XM commander in a few weeks.

I need to connect it to switched and unswitched power. Does anyone have any recomendation where to tap into these? Are they both running into the stock radio? Anyone have a diagram for the wire harnests?

Also, does anyone know if there's a blitzsafe adapter that fits a 2003 cl?

not sure about the electrical connections, but check out extremely useful topics. i think there is a post there with all the wires and colors. the blitzsafe that u need for the car is HON/XM DMX DEL V.1. this one is made for the commander. there is also HON/AUX V.1 that will just give you the rca inputs. you can use this one for the commander as well. i'm not sure what the difference is but i think the first one will also let you change channels using your oem radio controls. i bought mine from streeteffectz.com (the rca inputs version) for 85 shipped. you'll have to call them as they don't sell through the website. you can also buy it from xmfan.com, but it'll be more expensive.
