I ordered my CAI from xephyr last week. I phoned them several time this week and nobody ever picked up the call. I also e-mail a few times just to get a shipping date and nobody replied also. I feel the service is really lousy. Any one else got the similar treatment?

 

Something is not right. I haven't heard from them in over two weeks now, beginning to get concerned..

This is really scary because after I posted my problem with Xephyr, I saw a bunch pissed off guys with the same problem. I will call him and my credit card company today to cancel the order. I can't wait for another 5 weeks!!!!!!This is ridiculous.

 

i talked to Xephyr ... show up at the meet if you can ... have patience everybody, he will explain ...
