He probably means a strut tower brace and yes they do.

Yep. I was showing a friend of mine my engine yesterday and he was impressed this bar was there. Is it not common on other cars?

Our cars actually do come with one... it really does like nothing though. I added a Neuspeed strut bar, i would say i could do almost every turn about 7 mph faster thatn before... Its really a good investment since i only paid about 110 bucks from carparts.com for it...that was with a coupon code from importhookup.com
The application will be from the Accord V6
