I was out on my routine Starbucks run this morning when I ran into this beautiful black WS6. From what I can see the car is stock. As I slowly pulled up, I noticed the driver was glancing at my car.

This time I took the initiative and gave him a little throaty rev. He looked over and asked me if I was serious. I just raised my shoulders and said, sure..

When the light turned green, he guned it and took off; I quickly pursued. I bet he was suprised to see me sniffing up the rear of his car. At the next light he asked me what have I done to my car, I replied "Its stock." He laughed and told me to cut the crap because he raced Z3's before and smoked them badly (In a very aggressive voice). I just chuckled and asked if he wants to race this one :p

All I got from him was a nervous little nod; Its on!

We both reved our cars up and waited for green. At green, we both launched our cars fairly aggressive. I got little wheel spin and that gave me the 1/2 car advantage from the start. I took it all the way up to 75 mph and let off. The victory was mine with a 1 1/2 car lead. Most of my advantage was during 2nd gear and 3rd gear shift. After every shift I would crawl ahead.

After we both let off he pretty much chilled in back of me for the next several blocks. Then he eventually busted a U-Turn and went on his merry way.

All and All it was a very fun race, I guess he wont be going around bragging how he beats Z3's now :p
