On the plus side, I am getting my engine cover painted SSM and the wing in the upper and lower grille SSM too. There were two nasty scratches and a ding on my driver's side fender and they are all getting fixed too. Looking forward to seeing how the car will turn out.

I didn't take it to a commercial body shop. My parents friend has it, and he had done body work his entire life. He put my car ahead of all of the others because I need it ASAP. Monday will be the latest.

Yeah man, I'm looking forward to it too. I'm alos color matching the chrome wing in the grill.
1) There's cold weather in Alabama?
2) Unless the car's being painted outdoors, how does cold weather affect painting?
3) That's still pretty damn quick. What are you using until the car gets back?

2)They want to be sure the paint cures
3)My friends
what are you getting for the drop? I think i might've remembered you saying something about Koni Yellows but i might be wrong. Either way, sweet. You should look into some wheels and tires after the drop. Might I suggest SSR GT3?

Good to hear your getting the car back. I knew a few days to fix sounded to good to be true. Plus when it comes to autobody work, and paint you never want a rush job anyway. What kind of spray booth did the shop use? Hopefully it was a downdraft vented and baking/oven type booth, they produce the most oem quality finish. Make sure you check over the whole car for overspray, and check the body lines and creases around your hood, lights, and fenders for similarity.
Well I have learned from you guys this winter with all these accidents. My car is not leaving the garage until March-April.
