Would this work on the CL-S?

Says it works on the TL. I don't think there's any difference in the electronics.

you dont need a device to do that.

All you need to do is make the wiring connection "loose", meaning not securely fastened, and
it will blink really fast.

If you want strobes, buy a REAL strobe kit.

Don't do something silly (and ricey) like make your blinkers blink faster. Talk about cop magnet.
