I don't see why not, right? Since both the CL-S and TL-S are based off the same platform.

The only problem I could see occuring is the tips sticking out too far (but that can be fixed with a quick weld and bend of the hangers.

I would say it will be too long, as you mentioned. Everything else should be fine.

 

Now, do you believe the muffler tips would be too long or the piping?

I know this issue came up when people were trying to use the TL CT exhausts on the CL.

 

NM, decided to go with the Neuspeed exhaust. Nearly the same price and made specifically for this car.

 

how does the neuspeed sound dustin?...what kinda sound are you going for?
