The guage backgrounds are silver and cl-p are black. Look better

yeah that is why..i like the silver look of it..and i wanna change it too blue LEDs or something of that kind.

does anybody kno for sure?..or if anybody has done it?

The LED conversion has been done before, although it is tough. Try a search.

Yeah but the Type S redline is higher than that of a CLP. If you try to stretch it to redline (as all of us do) you'll constantly be bumping the limiter.

i did the LED conversio, don't waste your time trying to do it, cause in the end it's never gonna look as nice as the new TL's cluster

it looks good in a pic, but not in person

i can do it in about 3 hours, it takes alot of time and patience

u need to remove all the coloring behind the cluster then figure out where to put each led, about 501-00 of them
