Worth Every Penny...

What's good everybody! I purchased an 03 CLS 6MT w/ less than 12K miles this past September... I'm really LOVIN' it so far !!! I'm probably goin' to keep it stock for a minute and maybe down the line, drop it, slap some 19's on it and call it a day... I guess I'm goin' for the simple look...?

Welcome to AZ!

Nice purchase. How much did you pick it up for? TW w/Parchment 6spd Navi is one of my fav. combos.

IMO, you should drop it immediately! You'll love it. Besides, hang around here long and it won't stay "stock for a minute" lol. Hide your wallet!!!

Welcome. Very nice purchase, I've been eyeing 03 6 speeds myself the last year or so.

I really wanted BLK on BLK... But I guess I can't be to picky, they are hard to come by... Almost 23K out the door, I probably paid too much...?

Yeah, you probably paid too much. If it's Certified and since the miles are so low, as long as you're happy, that's all that's matters.

The original sticker was $25,995... I got it down to $20,995, but after tax & license it jumped back up to around 23K... But after a year of searching, I guess I just wanted it really bad!

I think some members will say otherwise but I don't think $21K is too bad. You can't really include TT&T in the price of the car. I'd hate to see what I paid for my '01 if I did that, then include interest as well. Don't do that! LOL

congrats. I think the price is fine, low miles. Such a rare car anyway, (6MT/Navi).
gotta be the lowest mileage 03 out there, I have 28k now and I'm lower than most.
My first CLS 6MT was the same color combo, but I decided I wanted black interior and Navi so traded for my current CLS.
Both are great cars.

After browsing through some of the members pics … I defiantly need to get rid of the “4X4” look! So much for keepin’ it stock…

There's almost nobody on here that's been around browsing that's stock. I gave in the next week. Congrats on the 6-speed and welcome to the forums.

PS: If you're looking for parts, I'm parting out my car next week if you want to look around. All my mods are in my sig. If by the bay you mean SF, I moved down to LA from Norcal and still make trips up there every month or so.

congrats on your purchase and like everyone else said...good luck keeping it stock. I was plannin on keeping mine stock and ended up starting w/ a ronjon grille, then went for the cold air intake, then one of the members who lives near me was parting his car out, so i ended up getting headers, exhaust, suspension, and rotora big brakes w/ rear slotted rotors (not to mention the spoiler, door sills, temp/radio knobs, etc). I still wish i could afford to get the supercharger/intercooler setup as well...370+ whp sounds so niiice

What's wrong with the 4x4 look

Welcome to the 6spd club.... 21K for that kinda mileage doesn't seem bad at all

pretty much and if i didn't just get engaged (and wasn't lookin for a place to live) i'd have the supercharger and intercooler. My fiancée told me that if i spend that much on my car...i have to spend twice that on her ring(before she got it). Unfortunately, that means downpayment on house/condo instead of SC/IC for me(for now anyway), but i can't live in my CL. I did get some UR ultra SS pulleys though...will be installing them probably next month.
