window cost?

window cost?

anybody have a new passenger or driver side window replaced? any idea how much it should run including labor and parts? my car got broken into last night, and now im stuck with no passenger window

Never had my glass replaced but I ran it through the software and for the replacement glass and labor (.6 hours), the total is $233. Labor rates are probably a lot higher where you are so this is probably low. This also contemplates a sales tax of 7%. List price on the glass is $191.

i have insurance, but the price of the window doesnt matter...as soon as i use the deductable, it doesnt matter, my rates will go up

Rates shouldn't go up for a comprehensive claim.

That sucks man same thing just happened to me, but it was my rear passenger's side window that is running me $360. They did a lot more to mine so i had to submit it to insurance.
