Wind noise

I have an '03 CL-S. I hear a very bad wind noise coming from the front windshield. The noise sounds like a swirling wind whenever i hit about 35-40 mph.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did dealer fix it?
I have had the car about a month and have had the noise from day 1.

Yea... that's when I close the sunroof! --just bein' an ass.
I heard a lot of wind noise and realized it was the ac blower, it's a lot louder than on my previous Acura. Could be wind coming thru the vents? Hope you get it figured out, seriously.

I went to the dealer today about my wind noise problem.
They told me that there is a gap in the seal of the windshield.
They are going to take out the windshield ,replace the moulding and reseal the window.

Mine does the same thing, but only above 80 Its like a loud hum, and it seems to happen more when there is a crosswind.
