Will this shift knob fit???

I have an extra Type S shift knob. I was going to give it to a friend who has a 99 Acura integra 5 speed manual. Will the type S knob fit it?

You will have to just try fitting it, won't you?? I doubt anyone has done this specific swap. Besides, the shift know just screws on/off.

Well, not that I like the idea of a Type S shift knob on a non-Type S car :thumbsdn: but....I agree with Eggplant-EX, you'll have to just try and see if you get lucky. I don't think it'll work because most manual shafts have a larger diameter than autos. I believe the Type S has a 10mm shaft which is pretty narrow.

Just thought someone knew if it was a standard knob size or something. He needs a new knob. Only reason I'm giving it to him. Type S or not.
