Will BMW rims fit the CLS?

Is the 5 bolt pattern the same measurement with a 17" rim from a 328 BMW?

I asked about that at a specialty parts show, and the vendor told me there was very little chance of getting any of the BMW wheels to fit... And, low offset was the biggest reason THEY claimed...

YMMV

The rims are 17x8 and stamped 5x100 lug but the BMW they were installed on came with 15" rims stock and 5x120 lug. I know the offset is different too. So I guess it wouldn't work on my CL?

I think SSR rims look great on lots of cars, BMW or Acura, evilone. I guess you are in the 'minority' here since SSRs are popular, for those that can afford them. I think BMW offers some of the best looking rims out there too. What's your personal hangup?

I think evilone assumes that you are trying to put OEM bmw wheels on your cl. Reason why aftermarket wheels look better on bmws is because you have enough room for a decent size lip.
