Will Acura cover this?

Will Acura cover this?
I got my 03 CL-S about 3-4 months ago. It was a certified Acura and I bought the extended warranty. Now since then a bunch of annoying shit has happened which was all fixed but now it seems my car is in desperate need of an alignment because it pulls strong to the right =/. I called the dealer and they want $100 for the alignment but I read in the warranty booklet that there is a limited warranty for 1 year that would cover an alignment. My question is, shouldn't the certification or the extended warranty act as equivelant to that initial warranty?

I bought a certified 03 Acura cl-s about a month a go. It has no mechanical problems. Transmission is automatic so it sucks. I should of went with 6spd. My trany is not broken it just shifts funny. I test drove Lexus IS300 and was very impressed with it performance. Anyway what I’m trying to say is may be its just you are note use to it yet. I am still getting used to mine. I don’t think you will be able to return it. I read in the 150 point certificate one of the points said that if the car is certified then you have 3 day exchange guaranty. I did not find anything about return. I was also wondering how many miles does your cl has when you bought it and how much did you pay for it? Also I did not find anything about covering the alignment.

i bought the car with 46.5k miles on it and it has like 48.7k on it right now. i also wish i had researched this forum before getting it because i paid an outrageous price of $19.7k plus other shit like extended warranty. i wasn't aware of the tranny issue but the service records did show that there was some jet kit installed in the tranny so i assumed there will be no problems with that, and i hope that is true.

I sent the dealership a respectful email informing them of my dissapointment with the overall experience I've had with the car since i purchased it in late August and my dissapointment that once again after just visiting their service department 2 weeks ago I have to make another trip to fix the alignment. Well, they responded with the following email, which hopefully will lead to a free alignment and a temporarly regained respect for Acura.
Dear Mr. XXXX,
I am sorry you are disappointed with your vehicle, and thank you for submitting your feedback. My name is DXXX SXXXXX and
I think we've met before when you came in for service. Unfortunately, I have to say the alignment is not covered under any warranty since its a regular wear and tear item. However, I know you've been for service on many occasions and I alerted Bill XXXX, our General Sales Manager about your concern. He will have an appropriate person give you a call. You can also reach Mr. XXXX at ---.---.---- x 127 Mon-Thu.

Well they actually did cover the alignment but not without giving me attitude and making it seem as if I smash into every pot hole I can possibly find. Even the mechanic was shocked at how bad it was but the funny thing is that I always go out of my way to avoid even the smallest pot hole so I'm pretty sure that they just sold it to me like that. But now since then there is some goddamn rubbery squeek coming from the steering wheel for every lil bump on the road! WTF??
Also while im bitching, does anyone know if there is some limited warranty for tears in the leather? I just noticed the other day there is one in the corner of the driver's seat cusion =/ (this also shouldn't be there due to the damn "certification")

My car now pulls to the left after the dealership replaced the left axle...
Funny thing is that the car never pulled to the left or right before, it would go slightly on the highway after 1/4-1/2 mile! It was that good! Even when I had bad tires still on the front...
I replaced my tires and brought it to Acura to put the new axle in and the thing pulls left...
Well, anyways...
If you have brought your car to the dealership to have service done and then something happens to your car due to the work done on it, then it will be covered under the service and repair warranty.
That is how I got my axle replaced, because their replacement axle was fucked...
Here's a pic of the warranty section on repairs...
When they tell you that they can't do it, just ask for the manager and if he is a dick, just inform him that you are calling the Acura of America's Corporate Office...
