on an 03 Cl-S after I just got my transmission fluid flushed? It seems the car is a little hesistant to shift from 1st to 2nd under small to moderate acceleration. Under WOT its still a beast. Is it just my imagination?

 

why'd you get the fluid flushed?

 

the fluid was beige, so i told them to take a look at it, the service advisor said he would do a tranny flush for me, so i said alrite sounds good to me.

 

damn i got the same problem on my 03 but they didn't even check/change my fluid. i get that weird ass shifting too though

 

ok, when u do a flush u should flush it, drive it around (get those sediments and shit up) then get that out..... thats how u "should" do it, who knows, maybe some sediments that we're holding 2nd gear in place got dislodged :P put a tranny cooler on, and put some redline tranny fluid in there and it'll take care of that little hestitation from 1st -> 2nd
