won't be any harder on your car, it's all basically simple. If you get stuck, ask the board.

ok i just talked to vince over there and he said its 60 bucks to install, and also that they would have to take off the front bumper. does anyone know if this is true. why would they have to take the bumper off if the intake isnt going into the fender.

anyway 60 bucks and he can fit me in on sat

Taking off the bumber just makes it really easy to access everything....A friend and I put an AEM in really quick because it was on a lift. Kwai has probably done so many of them thats its a cake walk.

yeah they said they have done numerous ones, so i guess they know where they are doing. i was just thinking, why would they have to take the bumper off if the intake isnt in the fender, its in the engine bay. but they said to modify a few things, they will need to remove the bumper.

Hey,

My brother who installed CAI on many Civics/Integras and CT 'Ice Box' on Accords can do it for you for $40. He lives in Skokie.

Let me know.

if i remeber correctly, the reason for the removal of the bumper is to unscrew the bolts that are attached to our stock intake.

Had my Icebox installed by the George Kwai shop.

They did a good job, I had a scheduled time but had to wait around for about 3 hours to get it installed.

Not much to do or anywhere to go around the shop to kill time.

do it yourself.

So simple. you'll feel worse paying for it. Not the money, just the fact that you had to pay someone to install something soooooo simple.

I'd do it for a case of Michelob, but I guess my proximity isn't ideal.
