Who has attempted the non-Navi to OEM Navi conversion?

Who has attempted the non-Navi to OEM Navi conversion?
I tried a search but couldn't come up with an answer. I remember reading that getting the climate control to work was the major problem. Any help out there?

I am planning to install a 02 TL-S Navi into 6spdmanual CL in the near future. Hope it will work. I also need to know who have done this installation. I definitely plan to do some of this

My local dealer would not even consider doing this conversion. They said it involves the entire electrical system and they just wouldn't do it. Said it would be very expensive too.

I came across a CL website where a guy installed a Navi in the a non-Navi CL. Said it was a kit ass well. Looked super clean too. I can't find that site now however.
