Pretty much a newb when it comes to rims but will an bolt pattern of 5-114, and offset is +45 fit a 2001 cl type s?

 

I think its 5x114.3, and yes a +45 should fit. What size wheel, what size tire, and is the car lowered, or will it be?

 

well the rim is a SSR gt1 18's and yes i plan to lower my car with teins in the next few months. I am planning to drop my ar about 2 inches in the front and 1.8 inches in the back.

 

rims are from an 1997 eclipse GS-T

 

arent eclipses 4lug? for an 18 with that much of a drop, I'm not sure if you could fit 235\40\18's. might have to go 225. I have 235\40\18s on a comptech drop and I think its perfect

 

Im on a eibach drop and i rub with 235/40/18. I flared the wheel wells out a bit and fixed the problem a good amount but have still a litle rubbing at certain times (over bumpy railroad tracks, big bumps in the road) I am prob just gonna swap my tires out so I can put my stereo back in.

so would the 5x114 lug fit ? and 225/40/18 would be the best size for tires for me with no rub? Also if i drop about 2 inches with teins would i need a camber?

 

you need 5x114.3, and yes w/a 2 inch drop w/ teins i'd get a camber kit

 

so I need a 5x114.3 meaning that the 5x114 from this eclipse will not fit on my cl?
