Three questions:

1) Why?
2) How many tickets do you expect to get?
3) Why not go for the full monty and do half red and half blue? That should get you more attention.

Funny story:

When in University, I built this LED sequencer to mount on the front of my car. (Like K.I.T.T. had in Knightrider). I outfitted with high output LED's. It was pretty cool! Anyways, I built one for my friend for his '88 Mustang. It looked really neat on his black car.

Of course, I picked RED LED's. Well, one night him and I are out with a couple of girls, and a bicycle cop pulls us over. Apparently having flashing red lights on the front of a vehicle is BAD! My friend weasled out of the ticket by ripping them out in from of the cop. Pretty funny. We later revised it with RED when iginition off, ORANGE ignition on.....

Just funny when a bicycle cop pulls you over in a Mustang.
