whistling noise from header

whistling noise from header
i'm hearing a whistling noise from my headers @ higher rpms and in colder weather also hearing kind of a ratling from the cat but its real subtle so i'm not sure if i'm just being paranoid or if its comin from somewhere else?
all the pros? any ideas?

no cat-back, stock exhaust...
the headers are alpha werks .. i used the gaskets they sent w/ the headers... except for the o-ring between the midpipe and the cat i had to buy another gasket cuz the one they sent didnt fit, and that took a little bit of custom work to get to fit..

rattling=heat shield problems??? Not sure, either that or whoever installed your headers didn't tighten the header bolts enough.

loose bolts is a good thought i should have them tightened.
