whistling noise from header

i'm hearing a whistling noise from my headers @ higher rpms and in colder weather also hearing kind of a ratling from the cat but its real subtle so i'm not sure if i'm just being paranoid or if its comin from somewhere else?

What brand of headers and cat-back ?

Did you buy new gaskets when you had the headers installed?

no cat-back, stock exhaust...

the headers are alpha werks .. i used the gaskets they sent w/ the headers... except for the o-ring between the midpipe and the cat i had to buy another gasket cuz the one they sent didnt fit, and that took a little bit of custom work to get to fit..

You sure it isn't your intake ? Higher RPM = VTEC = Louder noise

rattling=heat shield problems??? Not sure, either that or whoever installed your headers didn't tighten the header bolts enough.
