Where is the Knock Sensor Located 2001 Acura CL

I'm hoping someone might be able to help with a video or instructions of where the knock sensor is on our 2001 Acura CL and how to replace it. I have a code P0325 coming up. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

The Helms service manual states to remove the cylinder heads.
I've never done one, though, I'm thinking that with the right mechanical skill set, one could probably get it done with just removing the intake manifold and runners?
With all of that effort, though, I would invest in an OEM one from Acura/Honda.

That is if the #11 connecting pipe does not get in the way.

yeah, you can get to it with the lower runners removed. might even be able to remove it with the runners on and water pipe and thermostat housing out of the way.

Yup, just remove the runners. Bolts are kind of a pain to get to for the runners, but it just takes some maneuvering with a wrench. Make sure you have a big enough socket for the knock sensor. If it's never been replaced, the plug portion will more than likely just break right off. Can't tell you how many times that happened on junkyard cars.
Also, make sure the wire & plugs are still intact. They don't typically last.
