Every pic that I have seen with out trunks open, I have seen a light coming from somewhere.. Can someone take a pic and show me where the hell it is? Or better yet, If its even there!

 

yours might have burned out; i know mine did (i replaced it with an led)
and i think the light only comes on when the headlights are on, but im not positive

Any time the trunk opens, the light (under the rear shelf, at the front of the trunk, little white box) comes on. There's a switch in the latch that operates the light and is also part of the security system. If your factory alarm is working, the switch is okay and you probably have a burned out light, broken wire or bad connector.

 

Thats the thing... I have been looking for a while and cant find this "small white box" Its just not there... So if someone can take a quick pic of it, that would be great..

 

I took a shot of the trunk light for you...the white rectangular box just in front of the front lip of the trunk.

 

Thats interesting.. I dont have that in my car...
