I had a dead battery this morning...after getting a jump..my car started, but the weirdest thing is happening.....My A/C is blowing out at high speed even though it is OFF....... Does anyone know what this can be?????? Thanks

no luck with the search ....I am buggin out in my head..and worried that it may be electrical..???? I don't want to blow up or catch fire while riding......

I don't know if this is a factor in this problem..but my SRS light came on like 4 days ago..but car was working fine.......then I haven't drove in like 3 days..then this happens this morning...I hope someone knows what I am talking about,,,,I hate to go to the dealer...by the way this is a 2001 CL 3.2 ...

 

If you still have a warrenty, I would try taking it to the dealer.

I just looked in the Acura Service Manual, and there is no listing for the symptoms you mentioned. I would leave it to the dealer.

You could always just pull the fuse for like a day, then plug it back in and see if it still runs all the time.

It sounds like a relay is fried somewhere though and thats whats keeping it on.

 

Can you tell me where the relays are located? And is it easy to check yourself to see if the relay is bad??? Thanks

 

I am trying to see if the relay is what is making my fan blow even when the A/C is turned off....I see where the relays are , but they are not marked..does anyone know which one is the A/C clutch relay?? Thanks
